If the sign is hardwired in by an electrician, how does the warranty apply?

If the sign has been hardwired by an electrician, it is at our sole discretion to determine if the occurring fault is covered under our 24-month warranty.

How do I return a product?

Our return procedure is designed to be hassle-free and customer-friendly. If you encounter a faulty product, simply take a photo or video of the issue and share all the details with us via email.

Once we receive the information, our team will process it accordingly.

Based on our team's evaluation, you can expect a full or partial refund, or a prompt replacement.

Rest assured, we strive to make fair decisions regarding replacements or refunds, prioritizing customer satisfaction.

We offer returns and refunds for faulty products only. We will make every effort to resolve the issue and may fix, replace, refund, or partially refund the product.

The final resolution for faulty products, including refunds for the cost of the product and/or shipping, is decided on a case-by-case basis depending on the source of the fault, and is at our sole discretion.

How do I return a neon sign?

To initiate a return, please select "Delivery/Faults/Returns" on the contact form and provide us with the necessary details of the products you wish to return, along with a brief video and photos of the sign. Please note that we require both a video and photo(s) for diagnostic and quality purposes.

If you're unable to provide both, it may limit our ability to address the issue effectively. Once we have received all the required information, we will contact you to work towards resolving the issue.

  • If a return is approved, please ensure that the faulty product is returned to us in its original condition, including all original packaging.
  • For approved returns, the faulty item must be sent back to us for inspection within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • In the case of an agreed replacement, we will prioritize the production and shipment of the replacement product to you as soon as possible.
  • If a full or partial refund is agreed upon, we will provide you with the expected timeline for receiving the refund.
